Scott Trapolino
Founder and Co-Owner
Scott founded Everything Is Somewhere in 2010 with a vision for helping local governments use geographic information more effectively. With more than 20 years of GIS implementation experience, he understands that successful GIS depends on more than technology—it requires connecting people, information, and the places they are responsible for.
His experience as a firefighter and first responder brings a practical perspective to his work. Scott understands how reliable location information supports emergency response, infrastructure management, community planning, and everyday government operations. At EIS, he guides technical implementation and helps shape connected, maintainable GIS systems around how organizations actually work.
Haley Feather
Co-Owner
Haley is co-owner and project manager at Everything Is Somewhere, bringing more than 14 years of experience in the GIS industry. Her background includes a decade supporting utility infrastructure. That experience led her into public-safety GIS, helping Mississippi counties strengthen their addressing and 911 systems and prepare for the transition to NG9-1-1.
Solution-oriented and people-focused, Haley begins by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and understanding how information moves through an organization. Her work is grounded in relationships, practical strategy, and repeatable systems. She focuses on creating shared understanding among the people doing the work, the technology they rely on, and the places they serve.
